What you'll do
- Deliver a tested, working increment every two-week cycle
- Contribute to discovery: prototypes, estimates, and technical shaping
- Own accessibility and performance on the features you build
- Write handover documentation clients can actually use
What we're looking for
- 4+ years building and maintaining production web applications
- Strong TypeScript, React, and Next.js; comfortable with a backend language
- Care about accessibility (WCAG 2.2 AA) and testing
- Consulting or agency experience is a plus, not a requirement
