Founded in Calgary in 2024, XCofinite runs technology end to end for companies that need IT handled — not advised on from a distance. In our first year that has meant operating IT across every region for a global business, and building it from nothing for a spin-out.

We take no reseller margins and no product commissions, so the platform and vendor choices we make are the ones that are right to run — because we are the ones who have to run them.

What “cofinite” means
The name comes from a real term in mathematics. A cofinite subset covers an entire set except for a finite, well-defined remainder — almost everything, with a small and known gap left over.
That is how we treat your technology estate. Your business is the whole set: every system, site, and process you run. Our coverage is cofinite within it — infrastructure, cloud, security, service desk, migrations, and reporting, run to one operating standard.
The remainder is deliberately small and known: your own management and strategic decisions — budget, priorities, risk appetite. That boundary is not a gap we failed to close. It is the part of the set that was always meant to stay yours.
